Course Description

This course will introduce students to the nature and formation of the solar system, the sun and the planets, moon, asteriods, and comets in terms of modern theories and observations. Students will also learn about the characteristics of other astronomical bodies such as binary stars, variable stars, normal stars and clusters in stellar material.
